I bought the fridge and freezer and was happy till this week The estimated life of the freezer is 16-20 years mine died at 8. I cannot get a replacement til December at the earliest as they are not being shipped and Electrolux offered me 10% off a replacement unit This is totally unacceptable

We have had the freezer for a month which was an upgrade in our new home and it has been worth it! Makes the room pop and receives lots of envy from friends. Space is great and have a short depth is key to using food timely and not losing items in a deeper sized freezer.

We purchased the freezer from a business in NY and were concerned how it would be delivered. It was delivered perfectly. However a drawer didn™™t work properly and a motor fan needed replacing. My husband called and a technician came to check the problems and ordered the parts which came the next week. The technician came and fixed all the problems and now our freezer works wonderfully. We are so very pleased with how it looks inside and out as well as keeping our food frozen.

Bought this and all refrigerator for our new house. Works good after being installed for a month. One of the bottom drawers doesn't stay secured on one side. Hopefully, this will be fixed under warranty - just haven't had time to request service yet.

This is a great freezer. Has many different compartments to store things efficiently and easily. Automatic ice make that continually makes ice and doesn't take up too much room. I love this freezer and am very happy. I also love the fact if I leave the freezer door open by accident, after a few minutes you will hear a beeping sound to alarm you.

This freezer is very loud when running, there is a constant hum through out the entire house, we had checked and replaced, second unit is just as loud.I cannot stand to stay in the same room as this device, for a unit in this price range I cannot believe this. Fridge is perfect, freezer I cannot stand. very disappointing

We were excited to get these units. After the installers left I found that one of the drawers wouldn't slide all the way out. The store I bought them from said Electrolux requires the owner to call for repair. I called and Electrolux is sending a new part that I'll have to figure out how to install. The worst part is how loud the freezer is. It is about as loud as my dishwasher and seems to run most of the time. It is horrible. We couldn't even tell when our 11 yearold Samsung was running. Should have kept it.

Very nice except for one very major problem, very noisy. I had a technician try to fix it, but it didn't work. The Electrolux dishwasher I have is very quiet, too bad the fridge isn't. It also takes a strong pull to open the doors.

Connected to the fridge with the trim-kit, this combo looks like the amazing Subzero. Even the interior looks like Electrolux makes the Subzero. Everything is very customizable and very well thought out.

We were in the market for new upright freezer. We are also starting a complete kitchen remodel and when we saw the all freezer/all fridge combo by Electrolux, with all its features, we simply had to have it (even though are current Jennair fridge was only four yers old). By far the best appliance purchase we have ever made. A place for everything and everything in its place and quiet! Seriously, otherwise I wouldn™™t bother leaving a review.

I have the All Freezer with IQ-Touch Controls along with the coordinating Refrigerator and I love them both! They are so roomy making it easy to organize and to retrieve food. One of my favorite features of the Freezer is a section in the door labeled ™Soft Serve™ that keeps ice cream just the right temperature for dipping. The combination of Freezer and Refrigerator also looks great in my new kitchen.

We have had this freezer for several months, and it has been the best freezer I have ever purchased. The stay soft bin is amazing; ice cream comes out frozen, yet scoopable! Everything else is frozen solid, but no freezer burn has occured. The ice maker on the inside is also good; we purchased a scoop, and it is excellent. I greatly recommend this freezer (and the refrigerator) to anyone with the space.

We built our kitchen around the dimensions of this stand alone fridge, stand alone freezer combo. Unfortunately in the past 18 months I've had 5 units and approximately 8 service calls. The unit doors hey covered with condensation on humid days. The only solution Electrolux has is to keep sending techs and relaxing the units.

We have had this appliance since 10/2018. I like having access to this much space in both refrigerator and freezer. It is both deep and wide. It is convenient being able to see co tents of tip or drawers that are on refrigerator door. The drawers are see through so contents are easily identified.

From day one, this model has been very loud in operation and rattles a lot. We have had 4 units here in our house trying to get one that is not so loud. So I thank everyone for that but never will I get another unit like this one. Electrolux has given up and tells us that's the way it is. Our new dishwasher is quite compared to this Freezer, no problem there. With the cost of this unit i'm shocked at the poor engineering. Also the drawers will not stay closed, when you re-open the freezer door, they move all over. Hummmm $2750.00

I bought the appliance for my new kitchen. I wanted a larger than usual refrigerator and huge freezer. Not having to have a second freezer in the pantry or garage is desirable; I like everything in the kitchen. It is high end and very practical as well as a very updated look.

I love all the space in this freezer. I am able to organize all my freezer items with all the different compartments. The best is the ice cream section, it keeps it just a tad warmer than the rest of the freezer so the ice cream is easy to scoop.
