The service was for the same thing both times it was Because it kept running and I had to unplug it to turn it off. They did service it and corrected the problem and it is back to working great.

I bought this a few weeks ago and so far I havent been able to figure out how to consistently dry the whole Load without using higher than medium heat as I dont want my clothing to shrink. Why did we not do this sooner?

We had been putting off getting a new washer/dryer for years. Finally we broke down and made an investment that was long overdue. The machines are incredibly quiet and efficient. We like the smart features that come with the products especially the dryer sensor that turns off the dryer when it detects that the clothes are dry. How novel It also did not hurt to have Consumer Reports rate the machines as best of breed.

Great Dryer

We bought this dryer almost a month ago and have been very impressed super quiet love the little chime and the light to see in the machine is fantastic So far has been great still figuring out some of the extra features but excited to see what more it can do. Very happy with our purchase.
