Our contractor installed the dishwasher 2 months after arrival. It immediately leaked all over the kitchen due to a bulge in the units metal box seam became undone. Unfortunately LGs warranty only covers parts and the company continues to cancel service appointments.

We have been using our LG Dishwasher for several months and it is a significant improvement over our previous dishwasher. The previous one was not very old but we wanted it to match the other appliances we did need to replace. The improved quality dishwashing was a delightful gain. Also an internal light was even more useful than expected.

Only one complaint. Bought this dishwasher because of the one hour wash feature. It did not clean well left dirty dishes. Had to start using a longer cycle. Quite disappointed.

This is our second LG dishwasher upgraded to LG at our last house - then moved here. We love the rinse option need to download the cycle -dumb that its not native to the machine. The one hour cycle does the trick for most washes. We occasionally will use the full cycle. We had an issue with install but it was fixed promptly. LG came out even though it was a 3rd party install - what good service from LG Its WAY quieter than our old dishwasher but you can still hear it running.

We have bought a couple of LG appliances and have liked them all. This dishwasher cleans the dishes and is so quiet. It took a couple of loads to learn how to dry the dishes. Happy we can have a conversation without raised voices. Nice not to re-soak several dishes after running a cycle. They have all had a learning curve compared to our old appliances.

I bought this dishwasher about 2 months ago my favorite feature is the interior light Makes it so convenient to load and unload the dishes. i love the small top shelf. I like that I can customize the racks for the size of my dishes or pots. It is super quiet which is great when you are running it during the day. The only thing that would make this perfect would be if it didnt leave water on the top of my glasses.

I have owned this dish washer for 3 weeks it does an amazing job with clean and dry dishes. I use 1hr. wash/dry with dry boost and high temp. It takes 1hr 38min. dishes sparkle. The lighted interior is wonderful.

This dishwasher is super quiet. I love that. Dishes are clean and for the most part dry. The top shelf is only semi useful as it is so close to the top of the dishwasher that only small flat things can sit there but that is the only downside to this.

I have had the dishwasher a couple of weeks now. It is quiet and works well. One thing you should know about installation is the unit is 25 inches in depth so it sticks out beyond a standard cabinet.

Bought this newer model based on recent high marks from online reviewer for highest reliability for LG dishwashers. So far have only used a few times. I must admit theres still a leaning curve at least for me due to all of the bells whistles including Wi-Fi interface. Also big change from older models simpler start-up and lack of so many options. However so far seems to do a very nice job of cleaning. Love the interior lights and third rack.

A very quiet machine with nice racks lights and steam. Drying is disappointing- but apparently this is not unique to LG. The controls are confusing at first- should be intuitive. Linking the ThinQ app is elusive couldnt find the right barcode to scan and the link instructions to WiFi very poorly written. The manual is generic too many models. Not as satisfying as the LG washer.
