Regrettable decision

the unit hasn't even been in place for 2 years and the top glass has cracked twice in the same place. this second, last replacement is already starting to show a new hairline crack, same place. each time customer service acts like they are doing a favor by replacing the glass after heavy questioning about abuse. each time the repair ticket is labeled "one time accommodation". i am angry to have to make another inconvenient call and get treated this way when there is obviously a defect. steer clear from this glass top range. it has been nothing but a stressful experience and has stolen the joy to even use it.

had this oven for a year and half and my wife went to use the self cleaning and the front door wouldn't unlock and the front display went out... atleast the stove top still functions but can't use the oven part. i looked online for this problem and found it is pretty common... wish i had known at the time of purchase... just be warned and know what you are getting

purchaed this oven in 2018 less then 2 years ago. i went to clean the oven this morning and a wavy pattern was at the bottom, wiped it up and its the enamel chipping away. not happy. called customer service. such a joke. they will not do anything except make you pay for someone to come out and look at it. this is their defective product and i am not paying for its repair. what a piece of junk.

we have had our range for a year now and we are not happy with it. Top burners take forever to heat up. Boiling water will take you more than 15 minutes. The oven part is supposed to be conventional and circulate the heat evenly but that isn't true. It is hard to cook pizzas and cookies and get them to cook through. You either burn the top or have uncooked crust. I have bought used 200 dollar old ranges that work better.

i would like to know what material the oven handle is made of. after cleaning the handle has white dots marks, my cleaning product says don't use in aluminum, i was pretty sure stove was made of stainless steel. does samsung have the option to replace the handle for a stainless steel one, and avoid this happen again??

hated it since day one. i stuck two thermometers in there and it was always off by 100 degrees. i re-calibrated it and nothing happened. two years later, my oven won't even heat up to 100 degrees.

after 8 months, used a wet cloth to wipe out the bottom of the oven and the coating immediately peeled and flaked off. customer care stated it's cosmetic they don't cover that. obviously defective!

I bought the appliance as a bundle and I am not satisfied with the Samsung appliances at all. My review is on the oven. It stopped maintaining the heat. Set at 425 degrees and it will go down to 245 degrees or so. I had this oven for 15 months and of course the warranty has already expired. Now I have to spend money on fixing it and it is not old at all.
Samsung should keep doing business selling their smartphones and stay away from manufacturing appliances.

My old stove died, I was going to replace it with the same old fashioned element stove. While shopping i looked at the samsung smooth top range.I liked the idea of a clean surface and not the food items the filter down under the old fashion elements.Much more cleaner and easier to clean, Great purchase.

I would give Zero Stars if it were an option. Bought this range less than months ago. No issues until last night. Was trying to boil water for pasta and heard a pop. Couldnt figure out what it was until the heat coil turned on and saw the ENTIRE glass top cracked and spidered across the whole top. Contacted customer service and they stated, our warranty does not cover physical damage. Basically told us that it is our fault for buying a product with faulty glass!

This stove is pretty much what you would want in a range/oven. I personally like that the stove top gets to temperature very quickly. Display gives you a temperature for oven while preheating, which I also like. Only flaw I could find lay in the design of the drawer on the bottom, It does not have side handles so one must open it from the oven door's bottom. To be honest, that is the only thing I can really pin on it, and 99% of users don't even use that drawer properly. Would recommend.

This perfect Range is 1 of the 4 items in the Samsung Suites. The sleek stainless steel design and upgrades are amazing. The top warmer is definitely a plus and the temperature adjustment is always on point and very accurate even here in high altitude. Theunderstorage drawer is normal size but I do enjoy having the extra couple of inches in the bigger oven for cooking larger turkeys or prime rib. This range meets all my expectations.

The range is pretty good except for something as simple and yet very important at the same time. The oven racks have a very poor design. They slide out too easily when removing something from the oven. I expect them to slide out pretty easy, but not that easy. They're like on ball bearings. Far worse than this is the upward curve of the back of the racks. It's a large oven, but our older smaller oven had more useful room because the racks were flat. Gee, what a novel idea. Lastly the racks don't go back all the way to the rear of the oven, they probably would if not for the stupid upward curve.
If known of this prior this Samsung oven would not have been purchased.

I would never recommend this oven to anyone. If I could give no star for performance I would have. The oven temperature was never correct. Foods were either uncooked or burnt. The stove top is hard to keep clean.

PURCHASED THE NE59M4320SS/AA AND IT WORKS GREAT. HOWEVER THE FRONT SIDE OF THE COOK TOP GETS VERY HOT WHEN EITHER THE STOVE OR OVEN ARE IN USE. TOO HOT TO TOUCH. THE VENT FOR THE OVEN COMES OUT ON THE RIGHT REAR OF THE COOK TOP AND HEAT UP THE HANDLES FOR THE COOK TOP...AGAIN TOO HOT TO TOUCH. WILL MOST LIKELY NEED TO REPLACE THIS RANGE.
