Purchased Gas Range Model #NX58F5500SW/AA in Nov. 2016. Had it installed February 2017. In May 2018 (18 months later) oven would not light. Needed oven igniter kit ($347.04). Three months later in August 2018, broiler would not light. Needed broiler igniter kit (328.71). Purchase price of appliance was $549.00. Repairs totaled over $665.

Switched from electric to gas stove and am really impressed by the power on this range. Oven controls were very easy to figure out. The only thing we don't love are the garish red marks on the stove dials, but I guess that helps with safety.

Loving this range so far! The oven heats up quickly, and seems to boil a pot of water fast too. It holds a low flame steadily. The white is a breeze to wipe down! I'd say the only thing that is a little bit of a bummer, is that it feels like I have to press a bit hard on the buttons, or find the 'sweet spot' to get them to work. Oh well! Could be worse!

Aboustley love the 5 burners I make my own sauce and the pot I use is oblong I used to have 2 burners on at the same time. Oven is much much bigger then my old one that was 17 years old. So far very happy with my purchase. Extended warranty was bought hope it is not needed.

I really love this oven. I was happy to get 5 burners but not expecting much from the griddle and I was pleasantly surprised. It is very heavy duty and nonstick. It does have to be hand washed but I can live with that.

Very well built and sturdy. Really like how it heats up so fast and turns the heat off. This is my first gas stove and after using it I wondered why I had not gotten one sooner. The only thing I miss is the compartment under the oven is so small. My whole set of pans do not fit. Only two pans fit. Wish they could of made it a bit larger. The displays are easy to set and read.

The stove is gas, which I prefer so much more over electric. It's a pretty simple design, but it does the job. I like that the stove lights up automatically when you open the door, and the burner areas are so easy to clean. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but it is simplicity at its best! Less features to breakdown!

The five burners are perfect for managing the temperatures of what I am cooking. The griddle in the middle makes for quick pancakes in the morning. The oven keeps a consistent temperature. It doesn't come with a broiler pan, but I probably wouldn't use it anyway.

I like the ease of use, the burners that are designed for specific uses. I like the broiler located at the top of the oven instead of the bottom, but wish it would have come with a broiler pan included in the package. I think the center griddle will be very useful. I love the white color. It is very clean.

I've had this new stove a few weeks and I already love it! It preheats so much faster than my old one, I love the quick heat burner and the simmer burner. I really like the looks of the stove and like that a light comes on when I open the oven.

At first I regretted not getting a range with two ovens but after using it for a week I am thrilled that it cooks at exactly the right temperature. Another feature that I like is that it is easy to clean and I don't have to worry about getting anything between the oven door (inside) like the old oven. Great product, so happy I got this range.

We have had the stove now for about three weeks and haven't yet used all of the feature and capabilities of the stove yet. What we have used of the stove features are great, the temperature of the oven is dead on, the burner controls are amazing from full on to the lowest setting. We haven't used the griddle yet but plan using that soon. We love cooking with cast iron cookware so now we have taken that out of storage and again happy that we can use the cast iron again without the worry of scratching the burner surface like with the last electric stove top. Great job Samsung, we love the stove and if we are looking to replace any other appliances we will definitely look at the Samsung line to help us decide what to buy.

we had to wait awhile to get this range when ours went out (3 weeks)! But it was worth the wait! the range has 5 burners and a griddle, which i had to use right away! the oven is large and heats up fairly quick. the display shows the temperature as the oven heats also! the cook top burners are varying in sizes for several types of cooking from simmering to a fast boil! my wife loves that the oven broils from inside not from under it so she can use the bottom drawer for storage! so far this range is pretty awesome!
