I am thrilled with my new Samsung Counter Depth Side-by-side refrigerator. I love the sleek, shiny exterior, which complements my kitchen nicely. The inside of the refrigerator is large and roomy, with enough room to hold everything our family needs. Freezer space is ample and having the ice maker on the inside freezer door is fantastic. I love that I can just pull the bin open to retrieve ice as needed. The alarm on the inside refrigerator door is wonderful, and alarms to let me know when the door is not completely closed. So very happy with this refrigerator. The only negative I have found is that the outside material is very thin and dents easily. Appliance movers dented it when bringing it in, and setting it up inside my home. Other than that, great refrigerator.

This refrigerator is so easy to keep clean! Storage is simple and easy and I can store so much in it.I really enjoyed the freezer storage especially the bottom compartment to store away milk for my little one. I love how it had compartments that are easy to clean and use and not bulky at all.Cleaning and organizing is so much easier and quicker.I really recommend this refrigerator it is simple, clean and sleek.I love how it doesn't stand out and is not bulky or big.It has a clean profile and fits very well.the counter depth is really nice and i love the color.

Inside ice maker, large gallon sized refrigerator door shelves and plenty of room in the freezer are just a few reasons why I purchased the Samsung counter Depth fridge. With my autistic son, the black stainless steel that is fingerprint resistant had worked out GREAT! Also, if you've ever left your groceries in your car too long after a long shopping trip, with this fridge you can quickly freeze or chill your food with the Power Freeze or Power Cool options, a very unique feature. Also, with the bright interior LED lighting you can easily see everything in your fridge. I also think that the 2-Minute Door Alarm, that lets you know when the door has been open for too long, is a fantastic feature, especially in a household with kids like mine! To wrap it up, with the Power Freeze or Power Cool features, bright LED lights and huge easy to clean shelving this fridge has all the right options at an affordable price.

The Samsung Smart Counter Depth Side-by-Side Refrigerator in Black Stainless Steel is a functional, spacious addition to our kitchen. It matches our new modern house design and appliances. The inside control panel, manual and Samsung app are pretty easy to use. There is plenty of space for all our groceries, snack, and drinks. It looks fantastic with our stainless steel appliances. We have a water system so we just wanted a simple but sleeker design for our refrigerator, and this refrigerator is perfect. Delivery and installation service was quick and painless.

We have had the fridge a few months and while it's nice and it's pretty, it's got extreme cold spots which makes me wish I got a different fridge. Because of no protruding handles there are many fingerprints but it doesn't bother me too much. I do like the freezer a lot. We went from a huge fridge to this counter depth so it's an adjustment. My mother bought the Samsung with the 4 doors and I wish I got that.

The interior design was not well thought out. The shelves and bins are not at all adjustable. They do not fit correctly. But the icemaker is great and fills quickly.

The Samsung 22.6 cu. ft. Smart Counter Depth Side-by-Side Refrigerator model RS23A500ASG is perfect fit for my family needs. The black stainless steel finish complements my modern gray and white home decor and presents very elegantly in the home. I love how there are no handles and are hidden on the inside of the doors for a very clean aesthetic. The storage space is thought out carefully and lets me store lots of extra groceries from the store. Extra storage that is efficient is important especially for this 22.6 cubic foot counter depth refrigerator. One of my favorite things about this model is the deep door pockets that let you fit full size gallons into them and the ability to drop 5 dozen egg crates directly into the fridge. Having two young kids, we go through a lot of milk eggs and this refrigerator delivers. The freezer side also has great storage and feels much bigger that the rated size. The compressor on this model is super quite and goes unnoticed when operation, unlike my older refrigerator. Overall I am very satisfied with this refrigerator, great job Samsung.

This Samsung side-by-side refrigerator is perfect for our basement kitchen. It is sleek-looking with clean lines and has so much more space than you would think. I was also glad that I was able to get it in the black stainless steel in addition to the regular stainless steel.
As for features, the cooling and arrangement of the fridge/freezer sections are great. It is easy to see the current temperature of the fridge/freezer, and you can even monitor it from your phone. I didn't think this would be something we would use, but it actually came in handy while we were on vacation and had a short power outage. We were able to see that our temperatures never got out of normal range.
The LED lighting in this appliance is great, and the drawers and shelves are easy to use and arrange. It is also much quieter than the older model we had previously.
The only possible downside to this fridge is that, since it doesn't have traditional handles to open the doors, it took some getting used to. The "handles" are also sometimes a bit sharp. I don't know if this is from the design or because we were unable to get every piece of plastic off of the appliance, but sometimes it is jarring to have your fridge slightly hurt you when you open it!
Overall, this Samsung side-by-side refrigerator/freezer is very modern and has a ton of storage. I would recommend it.

I'm so elated that this wonderful gadget came into our lives. One of the great attributes of this refrigerator is you keep the door, or the ice maker open for too long it tells on you by beeping. Appropriate in size, great in keeping cold. I haven't had the opportunity to use the Samsung SmartThings App. We're all in awe the led lighting. We see all things. The refrigerator is very easy to clean. I adore the ease of this, the roomy and spacious. This is smudge and fingerprint resistant. I found myself, when I was first getting this lovely appliance, I was investigating that I noticed less cleaning. Which in turn I can spend more time with family.

I bought this refrigerator for space convenience and economy, and to tell the truth I was impressed with the ability to store everything I need. I just wanted a refrigerator that was spacious, modern, and in the same vein as Samsung so that it would not be aesthetically out of step with the stove I had previously purchased from the brand. The design is charming as its minimalist design makes it look very modern and the black steel color makes it look very elegant. I decided on this model because it is precisely the space that I have for a refrigerator, and I did not want it to protrude from the counter and that is why I chose it that way. I have to say that after seeing many counter depth models I was not sure about purchasing one because all the models I had seen weren't spacious enough. About this model that finally arrived in my kitchen, I want to comment that I was really surprised with the capacity it has to store everything I need, it has two drawers for fruits or vegetables of a good size, the interior space is surprising, it fits everything I need Since in the house we go to the supermarket once and there is space for everything, the finishes are good and the doors with the transparent acrylic plastic finish make it look very modern, I just would have liked a drawer to put small things, something else is that they could put more lights to have better visibility, despite not having a water / ice dispenser if it makes ice and it is quite practical, the freezer area is of excellent capacity, so now I can store a lot of fruit, meats and dishes . In the Samsung Smarthings app they had the good idea of setting security alarms that warn if a door has been left open and also on the Samsung TV a message appears that warns if you left a door by mistake, it even warns if the compartment of the factory of Ice did not stay perfectly in place after collecting ice, since you have to do that manually and open the ice compartment. The doors after a few minutes of being open warn you with a beep that is appreciated since it is very useful, it is only annoying when you clean the inside of the refrigerator or you are putting your food away after arriving from the supermarket, but it is something that is appreciated having . Anyway, I am very pleased with the purchase, I think it is a very good option for those who do not want to spend a lot and have a lot of storage space and it also makes ice!

I had previously bought a samsung fridge, smaller me it lasted me 14 years without any problems, and still working, that is whybi decided to go for the same brand, just needed a bigger fridge this time
